The overall course aim is to update the DPOs with the latest rules and regulations, position references and sensors, known DP incidents and lessons learned.<\/p>\n<p>The course didactic materials are written in English and the course will be held in English unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ap_column ap-span3\"><div class=\"feecard\">\n<h1>Course Fee<\/h1>\n<div><em><strong>Duration: 5 days<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1550 Euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"reg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/cmu-edu.eu\/dp\/payment-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Information<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"feecard\">\n<h1>Course objectives<\/h1>\n<p><strong>On completion of the course, the trainees are expected to be able to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"regulamente\">\n<li>Have acquired knowledge of the latest rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Have acquired knowledge of the latest developments within sensors and PRS.<\/li>\n<li>Have acquired knowledge of the latest relevant DP incidents and why they occurred.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to recognise the various alarm, warning and information messages.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to carry out operational planning, risk assessment and hazard identification tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to set up the DP system for a particular task\/operation.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to decide on courses of action because of systems failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"app-container\">\n<h1>Entry requirements for enrollment<\/h1>\n<h4>The DP Revalidation Course may be undertaken in the following circumstances<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"lista-doi\">\n<li>The DPO has accumulated less than 150 DP sea time days within the validity period of the<br \/>\nDPO certificate.<br \/>\nOr<\/li>\n<li>The DPO has accumulated a minimum 150 days of DP sea time within the validity period of<br \/>\nthe DP certificate but elects to complete the DP Revalidation Course in lieu of completing<br \/>\nthe continuing professional development (CPD) programme and the DP Revalidation<br \/>\nonline exam<\/li>\n<li>Applications for certificate revalidation shall be submitted no later than three years after the expiry<br \/>\ndate of the DPO certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"ap-spacing\" style=\"height:20px\"\/>\n<h1>Register online<\/h1>\n<p><a class=\"reg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdC_cQrzKT1J7astt1zm2mOB15-sSkEbeXPU9KEGx4foqYI6w\/viewform?usp=header\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registration and application<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 1.6rem\">You will receive by email the confirmation of your registration and an application form<br \/>\nAfter you fill out the application form please send it to one of the following e-mail: dp.umc.register@gmail.com<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:dp.registration@cmu-edu.eu\">dp.registration@cmu-edu.eu<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"ap-spacing\" style=\"height:10px\"\/>\n<h2>Certificate<\/h2>\n<p>On successful completion of DP Revalidation course, the DP trainee will receive the Certificate for completion of DP Revalidation Course. The course will be logged into the IMCA DP Logbook.<\/p>\n<p>The IMCA DP Logbooks are published by The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA). The IMCA logbooks can be ordered by participants individually, from the IMCA website.
