{"id":796,"date":"2023-02-21T06:55:29","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T06:55:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmu-edu.eu\/dp\/?page_id=796"},"modified":"2026-04-15T12:36:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T09:36:22","slug":"draft-survey-course","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cmu-edu.eu\/dp\/courses\/draft-survey-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft Survey Course"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"clearfix ap-row\"><div class=\"ap_column ap-span3\"><h2>Course aim<\/h2>\n<p>The overall aim of the Draft Survey Course is to provide participants with solid marine knowledge required to understand the role of the marine draft surveyor, details of the surveys, inspections, claims, calculation methods and procedures to carry out draft survey and writing reports necessary to become draft surveyor.<\/p>\n<p>The course didactic materials are written in English and the course will be held in English unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ap_column ap-span3\"><div class=\"feecard\">\n<h1>Course Fee<\/h1>\n<div><em><strong>Duration: 5 days<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1800 RON<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"reg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/cmu-edu.eu\/dp\/payment-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Information<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"feecard\">\n<h1>Course objectives<\/h1>\n<p><strong>On completion of the course, the trainees are expected to be able to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"regulamente\">\n<li>Understand the meaning, the role and the liabilities of marine draft surveyor;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the methods to perform a draft reading and calculation procedures in a draught survey;<\/li>\n<li>Apply and deliver procedures and documentations about draught reading and calculation methods for consumables like fuel, bulk, freshwater;<\/li>\n<li>Understand and apply the Load Lines Convention to perform hydrostatic information of the\u00a0ship;<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work with the special programs for a draft survey and to determine the ship&#8217;s constant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"app-container\">\n<h1>Entry requirements for enrollment<\/h1>\n<h4>You have to fulfill one of the following conditions<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"lista-doi\">\n<li>Upper Secondary School graduate with Baccalaureate Diploma (Bachelor\u2019s Degree);<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge of seamanship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"ap-spacing\" style=\"height:20px\"\/>\n<h1>Register online<\/h1>\n<p><a class=\"reg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScgRJBZzokcgTGmVjdzQ8C-HPqQKUiwtze7Qvr-TIAXvsLGPQ\/viewform\">Registration and application<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 1.6rem\">You will receive by email the confirmation of your registration and an application form<br \/>\nAfter you fill out the application form please send it to one of the following e-mail<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:tc.registration@cmu-edu.eu\">tc.registration@cmu-edu.eu<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"ap-spacing\" style=\"height:10px\"\/>\n<h2>Certificate<\/h2>\n<p>On successful completion of Draft Survey Course, the trainees will receive the Certificate for completion of\u00a0 Course.
