Thus, they will learn and deepen, in the form of models, knowledge on the structure and operation of business processes in order to achieve the desired performance and appropriate risk management within organisations.<\/p>\n<p>It will train specialists with higher technical training in economics, capable of working in engineering fields where the use of digitisation and business models, transport performance measurement tools and advanced techniques are appropriate. They will be able to overcome complex challenges in the transport sector or in transport institutions where planning and managing infrastructure issues or establishing risk minimisation strategies are essential.<\/p>\n<p>The 2-year programme is designed to provide graduates with the skills needed to meet the realities of the business environment and to be recruited in the Romanian and international transport market.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ap_column ap-span3\"><h2>WHAT YOU WILL STUDY<\/h2>\n<p>The interdisciplinary curriculum is aligned with <strong>international standards<\/strong> and is carried out over 4 semesters: 3 semesters for academic activities and 1 semester dedicated to the writing of the thesis. ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT but also in the field of maritime, river, railway, road or port activities.<br \/>\nThe Business Administration in Transport (BAT) Master&#8217;s programme aims to extend the training process of specialists in the field of Engineering and Management initiated through bachelor&#8217;s degree studies, from the perspective of conferring the managerial and technical-economic skills needed to approach the planning, organisation, operation and evaluation of transport systems in relation to the reality of the business environment existing on the domestic Dup\u0103 un contract de Ofi\u021ber 2 la NCL, \u00een 2008 am reusit s\u0103 intru \u00een echipa Royal Caribbean unde sunt \u0219i dup\u0103 mai bine de 10 ani.<\/p>\n<p>Nu a fost u\u0219or pentru c\u0103 rom\u00e2nii nu erau a\u0219a de frecven\u021bi pe vasele de croazier\u0103. Am fost primul ofi\u021ber rom\u00e2n pe NCL \u0219i tot la fel printre primii la Royal Caribbean. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat lec\u021bii frumoase, unele mai grele, altele mai u\u0219oare &#8230; \u0219i cel mai mult am \u00eenteles c\u0103 r\u0103bdarea \u0219i bun\u0103 cooperare cu colegii \u0219i superiorii reprezint\u0103 cheia succesului! Am continuat s\u0103 navig la Maersk Tankers, ca ofi\u021ber III \u0219i II, pe tancuri chimice \u0219i petroliere p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een anul 2018 c\u00e2nd m-am decis s\u0103 urmez o carier\u0103 la uscat.<\/p>\n<p>Am lucrat ca Vessel Operator, pe partea comercial\u0103, pentru tancuri chimice la Ace Tankers in Amsterdam iar recent am \u00eenceput pe un nou drum, Assistant Marine Superintendent la K Line LNG UK \u00een Londra.<\/p>\n<p>Personal, mi-am dorit \u00eentotdeauna s\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103toresc \u0219i s\u0103 vad lumea, iar cariera de ofiter a fost decizia ce mai bun\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba asta. De\u0219i am avut multe piedici, fiind o femeie \u00eentr-o lume dominat\u0103 de barba\u021bi, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 r\u0103zbat \u0219i mi-am \u00eemplinit visul. Am \u00eenceput ca Ofi\u021ber 3 in 2014, Ofi\u021ber 2 in 2015, Ofi\u021ber 1 din 2016 \u0219i, din Ianuarie 2019, Chief Officer Deck.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenceputul nu este u\u0219or deloc, t\u0103ria se formeaz\u0103 din mers \u0219i experientele prin care trecem, dar, inainte de toate, cea mai important\u0103 este funda\u021bia, baza cu care pornim la drum. Dac\u0103 e \u0219ubred\u0103, nu poti cl\u0103di ceva rezistent pe ea, \u00eens\u0103 dac\u0103 funda\u021bia e solid\u0103, poti intrece orice limit\u0103. Mul\u021bumirile mele profunde merg c\u0103tre to\u021bi profesorii care pe timpul facult\u0103tii au pus bazele form\u0103rii mele.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 a\u0219 putea schimba ceva din timpul facult\u0103\u021bii? Mai multe c\u0103r\u021bi citite \u0219i a\u0219 &#8220;deranja&#8221; mai mult profesorii cu \u00eentreb\u0103ri (sunt sigur\u0103 c\u0103 nu s-ar sup\u0103ra). Din anul 2017 sunt Comandant pe o nava tip Offshore &#8211; F. C.
