Incoming Study Mobilities

General Selection Criteria:

  • The candidate must be enrolled in any form of higher education at partner institutions;
  • There must be a bilateral agreement specifying the fields of study, the number of students, and the duration of mobilities;
  • The student must obtain approval from the host university to study at CMU as an ERASMUS student.
  • The application file will contain the following documents:
  • Application form (available on the university’s eCampus platform – link , where foreign students can log in as Visitors);
  • Learning Agreement (to be completed in the ERASMUS Dashboard by the sending university’s Coordinator or on the web page by the student, under the project manager’s guidance);
  • Accommodation form;
  • Europass CV;
  • Copy of identity card/passport;
  • 2 passport-sized photographs;
  • Language proficiency certificate;

The application documents will be uploaded on the eCampus platform – link  or sent digitally to the address coordonator.erasmus@cmu-edu.eu

Study Mobility:

  • During the mobility period, the student is required to attend the courses and seminars chosen through the Learning Agreement;
  • At the end of the mobility period, the student must present the grade book to the ERASMUS+ Office;
  • A Transcript of Records will be issued to the student;
  • The ERASMUS student is required to notify the ERASMUS Office at least 3 days before departure. The student will receive 2 documents: the Transcript of Records and a Certificate of Attendance confirming the study period at CMU.
