Sunt viza\u021bi studen\u021bii Facult\u0103\u021bii de Naviga\u021bie \u0219i Transport Naval.<\/p>\n<p>Rata sc\u0103zut\u0103 de promovare a studen\u021bilor din anul I (70.63% \u00een 2017 \u0219i 76.77% \u00een 2018), ne-a<br \/>\ndeterminat s\u0103 realiz\u0103m o analiz\u0103 a nevoilor \u0219i a factorilor ce au condus la aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie. Astfel,<br \/>\no serie de factori institu\u021bionali referitori la con\u021binutul tehnic al programelor de studii \u0219i<br \/>\nconsilierea neperformant\u0103, coroborat cu nevoile de apartenen\u021b\u0103 la grup \u0219i implicarea<br \/>\ninsuficien\u021b\u0103 \u00een ac\u021biuni sociale \u0219i extracuriculare, conduc la diminuarea considerabil\u0103 a num\u0103rului<br \/>\nde studen\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 de la mijlocul semestrului I \u0219i implicit la abandonul \u0219colar.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\" style=\"margin-top:20px; margin-bottom:20px; border-top:1px solid #CCCCCC;width:100%\"\/><\/div>\n<p>Pentru a dep\u0103\u0219i aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie critic\u0103, ne porpunem crearea unor mecanisme academice<br \/>\nsustenabile prin realizarea urm\u0103toarele obiective specifice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Dezvoltarea capabilit\u0103\u021bilor interne: umane \u0219i organiza\u021bionale pentru a r\u0103spunde<br \/>\nnevoilor studen\u021bilor prin ac\u021biuni comune ale tutorilor, cadrelor didactice \u0219i studen\u021bilor,<br \/>\ncare s\u0103 creasc\u0103 gradul de eficien\u021b\u0103 al programelor de consiliere. Se va realiza corelarea<br \/>\ndisciplinelor fundamentale cu domeniul maritim care este slab perceput\u0103 din cauza<br \/>\nexisten\u021bei unui num\u0103r redus de discipline de specialitate \u00een anul I.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00cenfiin\u021barea unui Centru de consiliere prin renovarea \u0219i dotarea unui spa\u021biu destinat<br \/>\nconsilierii individuale.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Integrarea studen\u021bilor cu grad ridicat de risc de abandon \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi inovatoare de<br \/>\nmotivare \u0219i dezvoltare a competentelor socio-emotionale: coaching\/dezvoltare<br \/>\npersonal\u0103, programe remediale, de -consiliere, concursuri \u0219i ac\u021biuni sociale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pornind de la planificarea \u0219i asigurarea unor condi\u021bii moderne, stimulative pentru studiu,<br \/>\ncontinu\u00e2nd cu dezvoltarea competen\u021belor socio-emo\u021bionale ne propunem s\u0103 asigur\u0103m un<br \/>\n\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt inclusiv corobrat cu activit\u0103\u021bi de consiliere \u0219i dezvoltare personal\u0103 a studen\u021bilor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103 proiectul ROSE Naviga\u021bie?
