Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of their texts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All registration fees are inclusive of VAT in accordance <strong>Romanian VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;rules (<strong>VAT Act<\/strong>, Chapter VII of&nbsp;<strong>Law<\/strong>&nbsp;227\/2015), plus adoption of EU&nbsp;<strong>VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;Directive provisions. Participation in the Congress is not exempt from VAT because the Congress will take place in person in Constanta, Romania.
