Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of their texts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All registration fees are inclusive of VAT in accordance <strong>Romanian VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;rules (<strong>VAT Act<\/strong>, Chapter VII of&nbsp;<strong>Law<\/strong>&nbsp;227\/2015), plus adoption of EU&nbsp;<strong>VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;Directive provisions. Participation in the Congress is not exempt from VAT because the Congress will take place in person in Constanta, Romania. Therefore, the price stated on the proforma invoice is the same as on the final invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you wish to cancel your participation in the Congress after paying the registration fee, you may do so until July 31, 2025.
