We invite submissions of original research, case studies, and technical papers aligned with the conference themes. Selected papers will be presented during the conference and published in the conference proceedings.
The two-day conference will include plenary and poster sessions, as well as round tables with focused discussions.

Publication Fees
In-person presenter (plenary of poster)– 170 Euro (include publication in conference proceeding, conference pack, 2-day access to coffee breaks and networking lunch)
Online presenter – 100 Euro (include publication in conference proceeding)
Poster Display
Posters will be displayed on A1 poster stations and will be available for viewing by delegates throughout the conference period.
IMPORTANT: The posters are needed in electronic format by 23rd of May to be displayed in due course.

Abstract submission guidelines
The abstract file named: Abstract_FirstAuthorLastName.docx (e.g., Abstract_Smith.docx) shall be submitted by e-mail to bcc@cmu-edu.eu. Authors wishing to submit two abstracts, shall add the number 1 or 2, next to the Name (e.g., Abstract_Smith1.docx).
Review process and acceptance of abstracts
All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process to ensure relevance and quality. Notifications of acceptance will be sent within 10 days from the submission.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.

Review process and acceptance of full papers
All full papers will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance. Reviewers may recommend revisions. Notifications of acceptance will be sent within 20 days from the submission.
Accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings with an ISBN and DOI.
