WMETMC requires that the authors prepare a structured abstract with  a total length of 250-500 words. The abstract should include (at least) five sections:

• Introduction, Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, not necessarily separated.
• Aim: study focus.
• Methods: systematically list the basic procedures, selection of study participants or laboratory/experimental/simulation setup, methods of observation (if applicable) and analysis.
• Results: List your primary results without any introduction. Only essential statistical significances should be added in brackets. Draw no conclusions yet: they belong in the next section.
• Conclusion: List your conclusions in a short, clear and simple manner. State only those conclusions that stem directly from the results shown in the paper. Rather than summarizing the data, conclude from them.
• Language: Write clearly and concisely. Use specific terms and avoid unnecessary technical jargon. The abstract should be understandable to a wide range of readers.
• Key Elements: Include in the abstract the key elements of the work that best represent it. These may include important results, new findings, or significant impacts of your work.
• Consistency with Full Text: The abstract should accurately reflect the content of your work. It should not contain information not found in the text or claims not supported by your results.
• Revision and Editing: The abstract should be flawless both in terms of content and language and grammar.
• Keywords: The abstract should include a list of keywords that are important for your work. These keywords help readers find your work during searches.
• Citation: The abstract should be a self-contained source of information and should not contain references to external sources of information. If necessary, proper citation should be provided (including the names of authors and publication year).

• The abstract’s topic should align with the Congress topics.
• Submitted abstracts can only be changed or modified with the approval of the Executive Chair of the WMETMC until the submission deadline. After this date, it will not be possible to replace or modify the abstract.
• Authors are responsible for the authenticity of the abstract. Any copyright issues will lead to its rejection.

• Please ensure that the full text is written according to the provided template.
• The full text can have a maximum of 10 pages.
• The full text’s topic should align with the Congress topics.
• After thorough review, the articles will be submitted to the publisher and subsequently indexed in SCOPUS and potentially Web of Science databases.
• The submitted full text can only be changed or modified with the approval of the Executive Chair of the WMETMC until the Congress ends. After this date, it will not be possible to replace or modify the full text due to submission to the publisher.
• Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity of the full text. The publisher of the Congress Book may reject any article with a copyright greater than 10% after the submission deadline and completion of the review process. Any copyright infringement will result in its rejection without a refund of the registration fee. The organization of the WMETMC is not responsible for this and does not refund the registration fee because all the requirements associated with the publication have already been paid.
