Registration

The WMETMC will be held in person from October 12 to 14, 2026. Each participant is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee based on their chosen category. Only registered participants will be included in the Congress program.

You have the option to give a speech as a Speaker/Author of a paper during the panel discussions or to attend as an Attendee at this global event.

Registration Instructions

  • During the registration process, please refrain from using commas or apostrophes in any entry.
  •  Additionally, if you have an accompanying person, their registration should be completed.
  • Registration fees will apply to the accompanying person who wishes to participate in the congress activities.
  • Other services required, such as hotel accommodations, transportation, and cultural programs, should be arranged by the main participant.
  • The hotel is included in the registration package. If you book a double room, please specify whether you prefer twin beds or a double bed. Additionally, include the name of any accompanying person in the comments section. Please note that extra breakfasts will incur an additional charge. There are a variety of registration packages available to help you customize your participation in the Congress and Exhibition. We encourage registrants to select a package that includes accommodation. The congress offers a registration fee package that covers a 4-night stay at a 4-star hotel.  The registration fee does not include transport/insurance/additional person to the Congress.

Important Payment Information

  • If your abstract is rejected, your registration fee will be refunded.
  • If your academic paper is rejected by the publisher due to a high percentage of plagiarism in your article, the registration fee will not be refunded. Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of their texts.
  • All registration fees are inclusive of VAT in accordance Romanian VAT rules (VAT Act, Chapter VII of Law 227/2015), plus adoption of EU VAT Directive provisions. Participation in the Congress is not exempt from VAT because the Congress will take place in person in Constanta, Romania. Therefore, the price stated on the proforma invoice is the same as on the final invoice.
  • If you wish to cancel your participation in the Congress after paying the registration fee, send your cancellation request to the WMETMC Secretariat
  • Please note the following deadlines and conditions:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund applicants will be responsible for any service charges related to cancellations made for their own reasons.
