The WMETMC is scheduled to take place on October 28-30, 2025, in person. Each presenter must pay a non-refundable registration fee. Only registered papers will be scheduled in the Congress program. At least one REGISTRATION must be made by the authors to have the paper in the Book: “Underway the Seas of Future: Maritime Education and Training for Sustainable Development” (your contribution is published as a Book Chapter). Papers with no registration will not be included in the Book.

Dear Participants/Attendees
To confirm your participation in the Congress, you must complete the payment process for the registration and accommodation. If payment is not made, registration and accommodation will not be confirmed.
Participants who will make payment by bank transfer are required to add the information “WMETMC2025 – Name &Surname” in the description section during the transaction and send the payment receipt to email office.wmetmc@cmu-edu.eu . If this process is not completed, the registration payment matching process will not be possible, and confirmation will not be provided.
All payments will be made by money order. Those who want to pay by credit card can send an e-mail to office.wmetmc@cmu-edu.eu
Important Payment Information
- If your abstract or full text is rejected, your registration fee will be refunded.
- It is important that the payment for early registration is received by June 30, 2025. (23:59). In case of a later payment, the regular/late/too late registration fee will be required (see Table of the Congress Fees).
- If you decide to pay for your contribution/attendance, accompanying person, or additional article on-site at the Congress, an administrative fee of 10% of the standard amount will be added.
- If your article is rejected by the publisher due to a high percentage of plagiarism in your article, the registration fee will not be refunded. Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of their texts.
- All registration fees are inclusive of VAT in accordance Romanian VAT rules (VAT Act, Chapter VII of Law 227/2015), plus adoption of EU VAT Directive provisions. Participation in the Congress is not exempt from VAT because the Congress will take place in person in Constanta, Romania. Therefore, the price stated on the proforma invoice is the same as on the final invoice.
- If you wish to cancel your participation in the Congress after paying the registration fee, you may do so until July 31, 2025. Later cancellations will be charged a fee of 100 Eur.
