ACCOMMODATION
Dear Participants/Attendees,
To confirm your participation in the Congress, you must complete the payment process for the registration and accommodation. If payment is not made, registration and accommodation will not be confirmed.
Participants who will make payment by bank transfer are required to add the information “WMETMC2025 – Name & Surname” in the description section during the transaction and send the payment receipt to email office.wmetmc@cmu-edu.eu . If this process is not completed, the registration payment matching process will not be possible, and confirmation will not be provided.
To benefit of accommodation until the 31st of July 2025 at the rates available at the Congress venue, The Continental Forum Hotel, Constanta, we kindly ask you to send reservation requests to https://continental-forum-constanta.continentalhotels.ro/ writing “Participant in WMETMC2025 – Name & Surname.
We would like to remind you that only paid accommodation requests can be confirmed.
All payments will be made by money order. Those who want to pay by credit card can send an e-mail to office.wmetmc@cmu-edu.eu.

It is not compulsory to stay at The Continental Forum Hotel. If you wish, you can also stay in hotels around The Continental Forum Hotel. We would like to state that all transport to the venue will be covered by the participants themselves.
