Rezumatul etapei
Prezenta lucrare este elaborată în urma cercetărilor desfășurate în cadrul proiectului HORESEC, al cărui scop este de a dezvolta noi instrumente, metode, modele și tehnologii, prin care, pe baza evaluării impactului creșterii ponderii surselor regenerabile de energie în producția de energie și a dinamicii raportului dintre energia termică și electrică pentru o minimizare a costurilor și maximizare a eficienței. HORESEC susține specializarea inteligentă în domeniul energiei, prin analiza holistică a impactului surselor de energie asupra schimbărilor climatice, realizând evoluția, progresul cunoașterii, pentru o dezvoltare durabilă a României.
