The Conference Committee would like to invite you to 2024 IEEE ATOMS Conference (Advanced Topics on Measurement and Simulation https://atoms2024.org) to be held in Constanta, Romania, at Nautical Base of Constanta Maritime University, Cuartului street, no. 104, on August 28-30, 2024.

Electronic submissions MUST meet all IEEEXplore specifications. All the submitted papers for the conference will be reviewed. Submission guidelines, registration instructions, templates and more information on creating acceptable electronic files can be found on the conference website atoms2024.
The Advanced Topics on Measurement and Simulation (ATOMS) is a biennial forum for the exchange of information on the research and development focus on models, measuring techniques and simulation tools for engineering. It aims to combine different areas, such as electronic engineering, communications, signal processing, electric engineering, environment protection in terms of methods for modelling and experimental validation.
Topics include, but will not be limited to:

ATOMS has a particular focus on posters by which authors have the opportunity to interact with leading researchers in their fields.
The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and Web of Science.
