  • The Voluntary Criteria

The Student Accommodation Committees distributed the accommodation places as follows:

  5. Students from master’s studies entering the first year of study, the fee-based form is placed in descending order of the grade from the Bachelor’s exam.

Considering the fact that the SLM Student Dormitory is the largest maintenance and operation expense, no free accommodation is granted there.

For the students benefiting from free of charge, who requested accommodation at the SLM Student Dormitory, the distribution in the SLM Student Dormitory is made according to the other accommodation criteria that do not presuppose the granting of free of charge – respectively the performance criteria and the volunteering criteria. If they receive a place to stay in the SLM Student Dormitory, they must request in writing the payment of the resulting accommodation rate as the difference between the non-subsidized accommodation rate established for the SLM Student Dormitory and the non-subsidized accommodation rate established for the Far3 Student Dormitory.

Foreign students, scholarship holders of the Romanian government, benefit from priority and free of charge place in the dormitory where the maintenance and operation costs are the lowest – respectively the Far3 Student Dormitory.

In the Student Dormitory A2, Romanian students for whom the legislation provides free accommodation can stay with priority if they request in writing to pay the accommodation rate resulting from the difference between the non-subsidized accommodation rate established for the A2 Student Dormitory and the non-subsidized accommodation rate established for the Far3 Student Dormitory.

In Far3 Student Dormitory, all categories of students for whom the legislation stipulates this, have priority and free accommodation, if all the criteria provided by the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Student Accommodation Complex are met:

  • distance at least 50 km from the city of Constanța;
  • application submitted online before 17.09.2023 – included;
  • lack of sanctions for non-compliance with the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Student Accommodation Complex;
  • lack of debts of the payment for the dormitory rent;
  • does not repeat the year.

If, after the annual accommodation session, there are still unoccupied places, then will be accomodated the students who:

  • repeats the academic year;
  • appears with a stable domicile at a distance of less than 50 km from the municipality of Constanța.
