ADMISSION STEPS B.SC. AND M.SC. DEGREES IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

When you receive the Letter of Acceptance to studies issued by the Romanian Ministry of Education, pay tuition fees (3700 euro) and apply for study visa.

Note: Since the study programmes are fully compliant with the international legal frame regarding seafarers, international students willing to pursue a maritime career in Nautical Sciences, Marine Engineering or Electrical Engineering may equivalise the B.Sc. degree and receive Certificates of competency in their country of origin according to local provisions and norms.

B. Sc. in Engineering and Management in Transports

is an interdisciplinary degree combining technical transport engineering with economic and managerial skills, training graduates for careers in logistics, supply chain, and transport system optimization, covering areas from maritime to road and rail, and focusing on modern needs like sustainable and smart transport solutions, equipping students with both hands-on engineering knowledge (mechanics, navigation) and business acumen (economics, management) to manage complex transport networks and logistics operations.

  • Bachelor Degree+ list of results of the completed study years (Academic Transcript) for M.Sc. applicants.

EU applicants can be enrolled on self-tuition fees equal to Romanian students (check here for study fees).

 File processing fee is 300 ron.

NON-EU APPLICANTS

Enrolment on self-tuition fees can be made by submitting a personal file.

Admission file:

  • Baccalaureate Diploma or equivalent (authenticated by own national Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • Birth certificate (certified by a public notary)
  • Medical certificate (fit for studies)
  • 4 photos (Identity card type)
  • Passport
  • English Language Proficiency Certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, CAMBRIDGE, BRITISH COUNCIL)- min B2 level
  • Study gap not more than 2 years
  • GPA minimum 75% at Baccalaureate Diploma or equivalent/ B.Sc.
  • Highschool studies/ B.Sc. Degree major in Sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree+ list of results of the completed study years (Academic Transcript), for M.Sc. applicants.
  • Application Form for Issuance of Letter of Acceptance
  • An admission interview will be scheduled online during the admission process.

The tuition fee is 3500 Euros/year.  For the 1st year, the tuition fee has to be paid once, in full, being a condition for the study visa.

File processing fee is 300 euro for Bachelor programs and 350 euro for Master programs.

Enrolment on self-tuition fees can be made by submitting a personal ADMISSION file.

The tuition fee is 3500 Euros/year. If Scholarships from the Romanian Ministry of Education will be available, we will inform you during admission.

APPLICANTS BY TRANSFER - UKRAINIAN CITIZENS

Enrolment can be made by submitting a personal ADMISSION file. Transfer means that you are already a student enrolled in a Ukrainian university. Transfers are possible at the end of each academic year. Transfers for the last year of studies are not possible.
