Urmare a reglementărilor internaționale în domeniul maritim privind selecția personalului navigant, testarea limbii engleze și a limbii engleze maritime a devenit o componentă inclusă în procesul de angajare a personalului brevetat și nebrevetat de la bordul navei.
În urma analizei pieței și a faptului că testele ICS Marlins English Language Test for Seafarers sunt aplicate pe nivelul de experiență a candidatului la data testării (cadet, ofițer nivel operațional, ofițer nivel managerial), pentru examinare se vor aplica diferențiat următoarele tarife:

The tests for obtaining the ICS MARLINS English Language Test for Seafarers Language Proficiency Certificates are organized within the ELE-CMU (English Language Exam Centre) Center of Excellence of Constanta Maritime University.
As a result of international maritime regulations on the selection of seafarers, English language and Maritime English language testing has become an included component in the hiring process of licensed and non- licensed personnel on board the ship.
Following the market analysis and the fact that the ICS Marlins English Language Test for Seafarers tests are applied to the candidate’s level of experience on the date of testing (cadet, operational level officer, managerial level officer), the following fees will be applied differentially for the examination:
